The Role and About You We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Day Shift Train Presentation team at Manchester Piccadilly Station. This is a great opportunity to work in one of the UK’s busiest rail environments, ensuring trains are clean, safe, and ready for passengers throughout the day. Day shifts run from 08:00am to 18:00pm on a Sunday-to-Saturday rota, following a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern. The role involves quick turnaround cleaning within tight timeframes, including emptying bins, cleaning toilets, and removing debris from tables. Where trains are on stand for longer, you will carry out full interior cleaning using specialist equipment such as mops, vacuums, cloths, and cleaning solutions.
