Working a continental day shift pattern, you will be responsible for ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently, maintaining compliance across the site, and driving high standards of service delivery. Day Shift Leader Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems Perform electrical fault-finding and diagnostics Work on single and three-phase power systems Carry out emergency lighting tests and maintenance Monitor and operate BMS systems Maintain AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors Oversee generators, UPS systems, and critical plant equipment Assist with VAV and VRF systems Ensure water treatment checks and compliance tasks are completed Supervise subcontractors and ensure all works are carried out safely and to standard Maintain accurate site logbooks and reports Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and occupants Support and oversee on-site engineers to ensure smooth building operation Day Shift Leader Requirements City ..... full job details .....
