This role focuses on promoting independence, well-being, and meaningful engagement through tailored activities and high-quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the day serviceDesign and deliver activity programmes that reflect individual goalsLead and support staff and volunteersEnsure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standardsBuild strong relationships with families, carers, and partner organisationsOversee budgets and contribute to service developmentAbout YouQualified in health and social care, leadership, or service managementExperienced in supporting people with complex needsSkilled in team leadership and person-centred planningStrong communicator with a collaborative approachInterested?
