Day Programme Facilitator Location: Dover Salary: £19,200 Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time About The Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Day Programme Facilitator (Part Time, 28 hours) to join our community drug and alcohol service across East Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults affected by substance dependency to make positive, lasting changes through a structured community day rehabilitation programme. Working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, you will deliver the Forward Trust s Substance Dependency Treatment Programme based on the 12 Step approach, helping service users build the skills, resilience and confidence needed for long-term recovery. This is a varied and hands-on role combining group facilitation, one-to-one support, assessments and case management, with delivery taking place both face-to-face and online to ensure accessibility across the region. What you ll be doing: As a Day Programme Facilitator, you will: Manage a caseload of service users engaging with the day programme Deliver structured group sessions and 1:1 recovery interventions Complete assessments, psychometrics and support admissions to the programme Support individuals to develop clear and achievable recovery pathways Work closely with Recovery Workers and partner agencies across East Kent Promote the day programme and support referrals into the service Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records Contribute to a positive and ..... full job details .....
