As a Day Opportunities Manager, you''ll play a key role in making that happen. You''ll lead a team delivering engaging, community-based day services for the people we support, making sure everything we offer is safe, inclusive, and well led. In this role, You''ll: Lead the delivery of day opportunities services across multiple locations Work with the team to provide care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being Support the development of person-focused plans that help individuals reach their full potential Lead and support a team that''s dedicated to creating meaningful activities and outcomes Work with local authorities and other partners to identify new business opportunities and grow our services Develop and deliver training to make sure the team meets all required standards and compliance Help create a culture that''s inclusive and empowering for both our team and the people we support What We''re Looking For We''re looking for a compassionate and driven leader.
