Day Maintenance Plumber

Day Maintenance Plumber Brighton-

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance plumber/mechanical day maintenance engineers based in Brighton. You will have a plumbing or mechanical qualification as well as a proven-track record-in commercial maintenance.-

Sector: Retail-

Duties will include plant checks on pumps and motoes, fault find if any problems, basic plumbing duties including taps, changing pans, changing-pvc-pipes and general water treatment maintenance, basic checks on ac including splits and multi-splits and basic maintenance in AHU''s, as well as work with the team on site, escort-sub-contractors.-

Hours 7-4 Monday to Friday-

Salary is 42K with call out, overtime and company benefits.-
