About the Role
This temporary Day Luggage Porter role in Central London supports a hotel team throughout daytime hours. Day Luggage Porter
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Day Luggage Porter to support the hotel team during the day. Youandrsquo;ll assist guests with their luggage, provide excellent service and help ensure the hotel is clean, organised and welcoming.
Pay: andpound;14.50 per hour
Location: Central London
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with luggage.
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms and collect luggage when required.
- Assist with arrivals, departures and guest requests.
- Store and organise guest luggage safely.
- Support the Front Office team with general duties.
- Keep the lobby, entrance and luggage areas clean and organised.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Previous hotel, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional and reliable approach.
- Good spoken English.
- Physically able to handle luggage safely.
- Good attention to detail and presentation.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
