Day Guest Service Assistant 5 Luxury Residences Hyde Park 40 Hours per week £15.00 per hour Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis Shifts- 7am 3pm and 3pm 11pm as required on rota Long-term temporary position Hours - Guaranteed 40 hours per week Holidays- up to 28 days per year We are currently recruiting for a Day Guest Service Assistant to join the front office team at exclusive apartments in Central London. You ll be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome and impeccable service with every interaction. An excellent long-term opportunity for a polished and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering luxury service to clients. Your daily tasks Providing a professional and personalised front desk service for residents and guests Check ins/Check outs of residents Assisting with luggage and escorting residents to their apartments Making bookings for taxis, restaurants, theatres, and local attractions Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication Maintain knowledge of all apartment features and resident services Handling incoming/outgoing mail and parcels and shopping requests Supporting with occasional night cover (e.g. for holiday relief) About you Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer-facing hospitality role Previous experience of check in/outs using software systems A good level of spoken and written English Well presented and excellent communication skills Enjoy providing exceptional, 5-star customer ..... full job details .....
