Day Concierge

Our Client are looking for an experienced Day Concierge to join their team at a luxury estate based in Richmond.Working 4 on 4 off, with the hours of 7am - 7pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch.Salary is £27,500 annually (£13.74 per hour)Other responsibilities include:To greet residents and visitors in a welcoming manner and conduct any security or identity checks.To direct individuals to where they need to go and / or be.Confidently act as main point of contact at the front desk to all incoming residents, visitors and contractors at all times.Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and respectful manner.Manage resident bookings and access to amenity spaces.Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.Assist with resident deliveries, key management, customer queries and service requests.Familiarity with the building, history and location to be able to impart knowledge and provide directions and recommendations.Overseeing the safe keeping of the building keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.Patrol of the building to ensure that it is in good working order.Contributing to the maintenance of the building, reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.Liaise with drivers, cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.Ensure that resident and guest spaces and the lobby areas are clean and tidy at all times.Always ensure effective security within the development, including the manning of ..... full job details .....
