Day Concierge

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Day Concierge to join a high-quality residential development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous concierge, security or customer service experience who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Key Responsibilities: Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors. Monitoring access to the development and maintaining site security. Conducting regular patrols of the building and reporting any issues. Managing parcel and key handling procedures. Responding promptly to resident enquiries and providing excellent customer service. Liaising with contractors, emergency services and the management team when required. Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift records. Ensuring communal areas remain safe, clean and presentable throughout the night. Requirements: Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house or security role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to remain calm and confident in emergency situations. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good IT and administrative skills. MUST have a full UK driving license.
