As the first point of contact within the development, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of support and assistance in their home environment.Ideal Experience and Skills: Previous experience within high-end residential developments or the hospitality sector Strong background in delivering exceptional customer service Experience coordinating contractors and overseeing building works within a busy development Knowledge of general fire safety, health and safety, and security procedures Ability to handle confidential information professionally and with discretionKey Responsibilities: Meet and greet residents, guests, and visitors, responding to all enquiries professionally in person and over the telephone Assist residents and visitors with any requests or support required Maintain the security of the building and residents, including monitoring CCTV and supporting the smooth operation of parking facilities Provide a courteous and professional service to residents, contractors, suppliers, and ..... full job details .....
