Day Centre Support Worker

We are looking for a compassionate Day Centre Support Worker to join our team, helping to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for individuals attending day centres. Successful candidates will work across centres that support adults with learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities Support individuals in participating in activities that promote well-being, independence, and social interaction. Assist with personal care needs where required, ensuring dignity and respect. Provide emotional and practical support to service users. Help create a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment within the centre. Assist in delivering group sessions, workshops, and recreational activities. Monitor and record service users'' progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
