We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Fernbank on days our luxurious Residential home in Worthing.

Hours

24 hours per week - 8am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm Shifts, including alternate weekends

As a Care Assistant You Will Be

Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;Ensuring electronic residents personalised interactions are inputted on the system;Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

Ideally, youll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;Kind and caring with a positive approach;Energetic and hard-working;Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference;Team player

Package

£12.21 p/h weekdays £12.82 p/h Weekends.
