Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Night Substance Misuse Project Worker for a leading Full Time (48hrs) Permanent Substance Misuse Project Worker for a leading Substance Misuse Recovery Service based OX16 area of Banbury Oxfordshire Oxon, who is really passionate about providing a personal recovery service. This role is working full time with 48 hours per week available, these will ideally be a mix of early shifts (07:40 am-4:00pm), lates 3:10pm-11:30pm) and Sleep shifts on a Rota basis rolling for six weeks including weekends, part time is sadly not possible. Please see below a sample week: Mon 07:40-16:00 Tue 15:10-23:30 Wed Off Thu Off Fri 15:10-08:00 (this is a sleepover, the sleep-part is between 23:00-07:00) Sat 07:40-16:00 Sun 07:40-16:00 Main duties of the role: Provide advice, information and support to clients including referral to aftercare services that focus on maintaining an abstinent lifestyle. Work with clients to produce appropriate and achievable recovery plans to help them address their identified needs. Ensure clients observe the programme s rules and support the manager in investigating and taking action where these may have been breached including substance testing. Support clients with the prompting of their medication, conduct accurate and timely medication audits and maintain accurate medication records.
