DataComms Technician We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Network Engineer to join our Enterprise Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge communications and networking solutions that support customers operating in remote, maritime, and global environments, this role is located in Redhill, Surrey - Must hold the full rights to work in the UK You will play a key role in the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of customer networks and the companies global infrastructure. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will help deliver innovative solutions across VSAT, LTE, IP networking, VoIP, virtualisation, cybersecurity, and cloud-based services.Key Responsibilities of DataComms Technician Design, implement, test, commission, and support customer network solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex escalated technical issues.Support the delivery of customer projects from initial design through to deployment and ongoing support.Develop and maintain technical documentation for customer and internal solutions.Evaluate new technologies, products, and services for inclusion within the company portfolio.Assist with the design and management of global communications infrastructure, including satellite, LTE, and IP networking services.Participate in customer site surveys, installations, and network configurations, including occasional travel at short notice.Work collaboratively with ..... full job details .....
