The role covers networking, IT systems, firewalls, VoIP and satellite communications, supporting customers across remote sites and vessels. Key Responsibilities Install, configure and test customer networks and equipment. Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults. Support customer projects and network deployments. Configure and maintain routers, switches and firewalls. Produce and maintain technical documentation. Assist with product and technology testing. Attend customer sites for surveys, installations and technical support. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
