You’ll ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, optimize energy efficiency, oversee incident management, and maintain the highest levels of service delivery. Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and customer service across the site(s)

Ensure compliance with governance, Health and Safety, and industry standards (SOC/ISO)

Drive operational efficiency with a focus on sustainability and infrastructure excellence

Manage and develop a high-performing team

Oversee incident management, site documentation, and multi-year maintenance planning

Provide technical input for capacity planning and site expansion projects

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in mission-critical MandE environments (Data Centers preferred)

Proven track record in technical facilities management and maintenance governance

Solid experience managing direct and indirect reports

Familiarity with monitoring and maintenance systems (Excel or bespoke tools)

ITIL/ServiceNow knowledge is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
