What you''ll bring: 4+ years in Data Center/IT Infrastructure operations Experience leading small teams (2-3 engineers) Strong server andamp; network hardware troubleshooting skills Structured cabling, fiber andamp; rack deployment expertise Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls andamp; load balancers Experience with MMR, MDF/IDF, cages andamp; shared DC environments Basic WAN/LAN, cloud andamp; OS upgrade knowledge Incident management andamp; stakeholder communication skills Flexible for travel, emergency support andamp; after-hours work Additional requirements: Own laptop, hotspot andamp; PPE; comfortable supporting installations and migrations, including working on ladders and scissor lifts.
