Database Manager London (Hybrid) Permanent £47k - £55k Your New Role As a Database Manager, you will play a key role in supportingalumni engagement and fundraising activity through the effectivemanagement of high-quality data, systems and insight. You will beresponsible for managing and maintaining the organisation''s corefundraising and alumni database, ensuring data is accurate, wellgoverned and easy for colleagues to use. You will provideend-to-end database support across the organisation, includingsystem configuration, data quality, reporting and user support,helping teams make effective use of data and fundraising tools.You will also act as a subject-matter expert, supportingcolleagues with training and guidance and helping to identify andimplement future system improvements. Ensuring Your Success To be successful in this role, you will have experience workingwith relational databases, ideally within a CRM, fundraising orsimilar environment. Experience with systems such as Raiser''sEdge would be highly beneficial, alongside experience ofanalysing database requirements, supporting system upgrades andimplementing improvements. You will have strong analytical skillsand be confident producing clear and accurate reports andcarrying out ad hoc data analysis. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills are essential, as you will be responsiblefor delivering training and guidance to a range of users.
