Database Engineer Location: South West England (Hybrid - 3 days per week on site) Salary: Competitive + Benefits My client, a well established organisation in the South West, is currently investing heavily in modernising its data and digital capabilities. As part of this wider transformation, they are looking to appoint a Database Engineer who will play a key role in helping the business unlock greater value from its operational, environmental and commercial data. This is a hands on engineering role focused on building reliable and scalable data solutions. The successful candidate will work on modernising legacy systems, developing robust data pipelines, and helping the organisation turn complex and unstructured datasets into meaningful insights that support operational efficiency and real-time decision-making. You will work closely with IT operations teams and wider business stakeholders, so strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes will be important.
