The role We''re seeking a Database Processor Assistant to join our ambitious and collaborative Data Team and help power the work of Pancreatic Cancer UK. As our Database Processor Assistant, you''ll use your expertise to ensure our data is accurate and accessible, and to enable colleagues across the charity to deliver the best possible experience for our supporters and people affected by pancreatic cancer. At Pancreatic Cancer UK, data underpins everything we do - from fundraising and campaigning to delivering vital support services. Working as part of our supportive and knowledgeable Data Team, you''ll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality data solutions, improve processes and help teams make informed decisions. In this role, you''ll: Process and import data from a range of external sources into Raiser''s Edge, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with agreed processes. Provide day-to-day database support by responding to user queries, maintaining process documentation and helping colleagues make the most of our CRM. Champion data quality through regular housekeeping, data cleansing, reconciliations and GDPR-compliant data management. Support the coordination of Gift Aid processes, income reconciliations and global data changes to ensure accurate financial and supporter records. ..... full job details .....
