Based at RAF Brize Norton, they are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance for A400M maintenance operations. Due to increasing project demand, they are looking for a Maintenance Data Administrator to join their onsite team.THE MAINTENANCE DATA ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:Capture and enter aircraft maintenance data into the Maintenance Data System (MDS)Update and manage work orders, servicing reports, logbook entries, and equipment transactionsProvide weekly maintenance reports to Part 145 teamsSupport Real Time maintenance activities during live flight operationsParticipate in a 24/7 rolling rota with potential on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidaysMAINTENANCE DATA ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Proficient in Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail with a methodical approachStrong team player with the ability to work under pressureExcellent written communication and report writing skillsMust hold a UK driving licence and live within 45 minutes of Brize NortonEligible for SC ClearanceBackground in admin or technical environmentsAircraft maintenance experience, ..... full job details .....
