Data Support Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Support Officer to join a well-established School on a temporary basis. This role will be responsible for the management, maintenance and analysis of student performance, assessment and admissions data, ensuring accurate reporting and effective use of the school''s management information systems to support operational and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders across the school to provide high-quality data analysis, reporting and admissions support. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain student performance, assessment and admissions data using SIMS Create and maintain mark sheets within SIMS and ensure readiness for key data collection deadlines Monitor, update and analyse attainment and progress data across the school Produce reports and performance analysis for Senior Leadership Teams, Governors and external stakeholders Maintain accurate student records, including SEN, LAC and other pupil data categories Prepare SIMS for the collection, validation and analysis of examination results Support departments with assessment processes and produce data summaries using SIMS, SISRA and ALPS Analyse attainment and progress trends and provide reports on key student groups and cohorts Produce student progress reports for parents throughout the academic year Collate and analyse external examination results and produce detailed performance reports Generate ..... full job details .....
