About the Role:
Manpower are delighted to be representing a highly regarded Institution in Leeds. As a Data Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Portfolio Monitoring function, providing essential administrative support and maintaining databases in accordance with established processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support coordinating activities and projects aligned with organisational policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive service improvements and enhance systems and processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for queries and information requests, responding professionally and efficiently while knowing when to escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain and update databases and IT systems to ensure the integrity and quality portfolio studies.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives, offering recommendations for process enhancements and assisting in the implementation of changes.


Qualifications:

  • Essential Skills:
    • Ability to support organisational change and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of handling inquiries independently.
    • Strong organisational skills with a flexible approach to planning, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in computer applications, particularly word processing and spreadsheet software, with a willingness to learn new systems.

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to various working styles and display problem-solving skills.
