The role will require someone who is SC Cleared and will be hybrid working, based in London. Responsibilities:Design secure, scalable data solutions across application, data, integration, infrastructure and security domains.Architect cloud data platforms and analytics stacks (e.g. Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) including distributed processing (Spark).Translate functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, resilience) into resilient target architectures.Define current-state, target-state and transition architectures, including phased roadmaps and dependency-aware migration plans.Apply platform engineering practices (IaC, CI/CD, DevOps) aligned to landing-zone/enterprise-scale guardrails (e.g. Azure CAF).Design modern enterprise integration patterns (APIs, event-driven and service-based approaches).Produce clear, auditable artefacts for governance and assurance (HLD/LLD, ADRs, options app...
