The organisation is investing in building a modern Data Science capability to support decision making across commercial and customer functions. Data is increasingly central to their strategy, particularly with the launch of a new customer loyalty programme. The Role You will work closely with the Data Science Lead and a small but growing team to develop and productionise machine learning solutions. Build and deploy models that support customer and commercial decision makingWork on use cases such as customer segmentation, lifetime value modelling and demand forecastingContribute to the development of a scalable Data Science platformCollaborate with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholdersTranslate business problems into data science solutions and clearly communicate outputsSupport the expansion of existing models into broader production use Your Skills and Experience Strong commercial experience in Data Science using PythonSolid SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsEnd to end experience delivering Data Science solutions from problem definition through to deploymentExperience building and validating machine learning modelsAbility to communicate insights clearly ..... full job details .....
