Lead the development and deployment of machine learning, AI, and data science solutions.Build and evolve intelligent systems using Python, Azure, and MLOps pipelines.Work with LLMs, agents, graph databases (Neo4j), and our knowledge platform, Project Brain.Set the standard on code quality, technical mentorship, and engineering best practices.Engage directly with clients to shape solutions that deliver real-world outcomes.Help define the product strategy and build reusable, scalable assets.Champion ethical AI, reproducibility, and responsible development.What You''ll Bring

Must-Haves:

5+ years of hands-on data science or machine learning experience.Strong Python skills and deep knowledge of core ML libraries.Cloud deployment (preferably Azure) and MLOps know-how.Experience with semantic models, ontologies, and graph databases.Passion for mentoring and collaborative development.Comfort engaging with stakeholders and clients - and explaining complex ideas clearly.A focus on ethics, transparency, and sustainable AI practices.Bonus Points For:

Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agents, and vector DBs.Building or deploying AI agents / agentic workflows.Familiarity with FastAPI, SQL / NoSQL databases.Background working with project delivery, engineering, or infrastructure data.Exposure to agile product management and open-source collaboration.What’s Next?
