This role will focus on improving how a growing Data Science team operates, collaborates and scales, while helping shape its future structure, governance and delivery approach. Description Assess the current operating model, governance framework and delivery processes within the Data Science function. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Review team roadmaps, priorities, dependencies and resource planning to increase delivery confidence. Recommend improvements across Data Science development, deployment and operational processes. Define and embed effective ways of working between Data Science, Product, Technology and other business teams.
