One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Data Science Manager. Location - Hybrid - Warwickshire/Remote (1 day per week in Warwickshire office) Salary - £78,000 - 91,000 + 30% bonus + excellent benefits You will lead a high-performing team while staying hands-on, delivering impactful projects, building AI models, coding, and turning data into clear, actionable insights. Demonstrable experience in Data Science Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Data Scientists, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work. Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, able to work effectively with end users, peers, and senior leaders. Fluency in Data Science techniques across statistics, machine learning, and GenAI. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to build reliable, scalable solutions. Experience working in cloud environments on Linux and/or Windows platforms (Azure experience is a plus) A strong track record delivering the full life cycle of Data Science products and projects. Experience working within regulated utility environments. Experimental design experience and a hypothesis-driven mindset. Familiarity with interactive visualisation tools (Power BI a plus). ..... full job details .....
