About the Role:Lead the design and delivery of the reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and future data architectureOwn and evolve the Enterprise Data Platform to meet new reporting needsDevelop and manage a pipeline of reporting requirements across the programmeCollaborate with business teams, execs, and tech leads to ensure reporting is integral—not an afterthoughtBuild and communicate a clear, deliverable reporting roadmap with visible progress and impactPartner with the Head of Data and Reporting to align with BAU and enterprise reporting goals

Must-Have Skills:Proven experience leading reporting/BI workstreams in large transformation programmesStrong stakeholder engagement and roadmap delivery experienceDeep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (DAX, data modelling, visual best practice)Experience with Microsoft Fabric (early-stage or implementation exposure ideal)Familiarity with Dynamics 365:Customer Engagement (esp. iProperty Cloud)Finance and OperationsUnderstanding of data flows between Dynamics, Azure, and reporting platformsExperience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics)Confident facilitator of workshops and capable of translating complex needs into clear plansExcellent communicator who can bridge technical and business perspectives

? Desirable:Experience in housing or public sectorKnowledge of ActiveH or similar housing systemsUnderstanding of data governance and reporting implicationsExposure to AWS in hybrid cloud environmentsAgile delivery experience in cross-functional data teams

? Details:Location: Hybrid - 1-2 visits/month to a West Midlands officeRate: Up to £600/day (Outside IR35)Duration: Initial 6-month contractStart: ASAP or flexible within a few weeks
