Data Protection Team Manager

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a leading not-for-profit organisation in their search for an interim Data Protection Team Manager to provide short-term cover and leadership across a busy Data Protection / Information Governance function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data protection professional to step into a hands-on management role, supporting business-as-usual activity while ensuring high-quality advice and compliance across the organisation.In this role, you will manage a small specialist team and provide expert guidance on day-to-day data protection matters. This is a practical, delivery-focused interim position requiring someone who can be trusted to take ownership quickly, lead the team with confidence, and get fully involved in casework where required. You will provide oversight of workload, quality and timelines, ensuring the team delivers timely, pragmatic advice in a fast-paced environment.You will also act as a key point of escalation for complex data protection queries and support wider organisational compliance, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
