Data Protection ExecutiveHybrid (2 days in office), full time (35hours), permanent and offering £33-35k dependant on experienceAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Data Protection Executive to join a highly regarded specialist organisation with a strong reputation for advising clients across the public sector, housing and wider regulated environments.This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their experience in Data Protection and Information Governance, joining a collaborative specialist team where they will gain exposure to varied advisory work while supporting clients on a range of compliance and governance matters.Responsibilities:Deliver routine Information Governance and Data Protection work, including Data Protection Impact Assessmentsand governance reviews.Provide support and advice relating to confidentiality breaches, data breaches and data protection trainingAssist clients with Freedom of Information requests and housing-related enquiries, including Subject Access Requests and Support, Triage and Investigation Requests.Support data protection due diligence processes, including warranties and data sharing documentationReview legal due diligence responses and identify potential data protection risksExperience:Previous experience working within UK data protection and GDPR legislation and understanding of data protection risks and concepts.If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on .
