Datalaw Location: Remote (UK) Contract: Full-time Organisation: Datalaw About the Role We''re looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Data Protection Coach to support apprentices through their learning journey, helping them develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to succeed in data protection and information governance roles. You''ll guide apprentices, deliver online teaching sessions, monitor progress, and work closely with employers to ensure each learner gains meaningful workplace experience aligned to the apprenticeship standard. Key Responsibilities Support apprentices to apply academic learning in the workplace and meet apprenticeship KSB requirements Deliver structured online teaching sessions, workshops and one-to-one coaching Conduct regular tripartite reviews and monthly learning meetings Track learner progress, OTJ hours and compliance using internal systems Provide academic coaching, including reflective writing and portfolio development Work with employers to set targets, review progress and prepare for Gateway and EPA Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ofsted, DfE and awarding body requirements Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement and standardisation activities Promote safeguarding, Prevent, British Values and learner wellbeing Essential Requirements Level 6+ qualification in Data Protection, Information Governance or related field Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent) Strong understanding of data ..... full job details .....
