Data Privacy Manager

Our client, a leading company is currently seeking a Data Privacy Manager on a contractual basis. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to support and lead critical data privacy initiatives within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Support delivery of a GDPR and data privacy uplift programmeLead and contribute to DPIAs, data risk assessments, and remediation actionsManage and support SARs / DSARs and associated workflowsMaintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)Support privacy incident and breach management where requiredWork closely with legal, IT, security, and operational stakeholdersEnsure practical application of UK GDPR and ICO guidanceContribute to policies, procedures, and privacy-by-design approachesJob Requirements:Essential:Proven hands-on data privacy / data protection experienceStrong working knowledge of UK GDPRExperience supporting privacy uplift or compliance programmesComfortable operating in contract / interim environmentsAble to work independently with minimal onboardingConfident, business-facing communicatorHighly Desirable:Experience in regulated, healthcare, retail, or large complex organisationsUse of privacy tooling (e.g. OneTrust or similar)If you are an experienced Data Privacy Manager looking for a new contract opportunity to further develop your career, we would love to hear from you.
