Overview

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm’s top-tier Data Privacy practice in London. The team sits within TMT and plays a key role in the wider business, given the critical importance of data across all sectors and the need to implement and document appropriate measures when personal data is involved. The team also advises on novel areas of law, such as online child safety regulations and the evolving legal framework governing artificial intelligence, and works closely with the contentious data privacy team on regulatory investigations and litigation matters.Responsibilities

Provide clear, practical, data protection advice to clients.Support regulatory data protection investigations and litigation with substantive expertise.Experience / Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor in England and WalesAt least 4 years PQE in a Data Protection practice gained at a leading firmAbility to provide clear, practical adviceStrong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degreeHighly motivated and enthusiasticApplication
