-Data Platform Engineer-Contract - Outside IR35-Remote first-ASAP StartCurrently recruiting for seasoned Data Platform Engineer to join our market-leading client, through a period of growth and innovation.They are seeking a seasoned Data Platform Engineer with a blend of AWS, Dbt and the ability to ingest data into a data platform through DevOps practices to join the business, tasked with supporting a modern cloud data platform environment.Exceptional Stakeholder management is key to success in this role, as you will be required to gather requirements from around the business. You will also have a positive and collaborative mindset towards your work.Key Experience (A blend of):Data Platform expertiseAbility to ingest data into a data platform through DevOps practicesKnowledge / expertise of Snowflake / Cloud Data warehousingBreadth of expertise with Data pipelines / products / lineageAbility to move / manipulate data in and out of different data sourcesKnowledge of data retention policies / data managementAWS experience (core AWS platform)Ability to automate processesAppreciation of Python software engineering (pipeline patterns + ingestion frameworks)Terraform / Infrastructure as Code beneficialComfortable working in fast-moving squadsCollaborative in natureThe above is not exhaustive.
