We''re looking for a Data, Performance and Insights Lead to join our IT and Systems team and play a key role in helping Hft make better use of its data. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can turn complex data into clear, meaningful insight that helps people make better decisions. You''ll lead our approach to organisational reporting, dashboards, KPIs and performance insight, working with colleagues across Hft to ensure our data tells us not just what is happening, but what it means and what we can do about it. About the role Reporting to the Head of IT and Systems, you''ll lead the development of Hft''s data, performance and insight capabilities across both strategic and operational areas of the organisation. You''ll work closely with teams and subject matter experts across our business systems to understand reporting requirements, bring together data from different sources and create accessible dashboards and reporting tools. A key part of your role will be developing and maintaining an organisational dashboard that gives leaders a clear view of performance against our priorities and KPIs.
