You will proactively support teams, find improvements, and push for efficiencies to allow Salesforce CRM system users to engage with and effectively manage our supporters. This must be completed with reference to relevant data protection/GDPR laws and within a framework of the most effective data management techniques. You will play a key role in providing process improvements across teams to enable the further development of an automation programme that speeds up and improves accuracy across imports and exports. You will also be responsible for scoping, defining, and implementing data quality improvements. Key Responsibilities: Work with our Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tool (Clarity Data Transform CDT ) to bring data into our Salesforce ecosystem.
