Data Migration Specialist - Christian Charity (Cezanne HR Implementation)Location: London Bridge, LondonContract: Temporary (3 months initially, with potential extension)Start Date: May 2026Salary: Dependent on experienceWe are working with a well-established Christian charity based in London Bridge who are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to support the implementation of their newly acquired HR system, Cezanne HR.This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of HR data into the new system. The assignment will begin in May to align with the system implementation and will run for an initial period of three months.Key Responsibilities:Lead the migration of HR data into the Cezanne HR systemCleanse, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and integrityMap data fields between legacy systems and Cezanne HRWork closely with HR and project stakeholders during the implementation phaseIdentify and resolve data discrepancies and issuesSupport testing and system go-live activitiesDocument processes and provide guidance to internal teamsRequirements:Proven experience in data migration, ideally within HR systemsExperience with Cezanne HR (highly desirable) or similar HRIS platformsStrong data analysis and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage deadlinesStrong communication skills About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a ..... full job details .....
