Data Migration Project Manager

On behalf of National Savings andamp; Investments, we are looking for a Data Migration Project Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract (potential extension) based Hybrid in London, Durham, Glasgow or Lytham St Annes. Join NSandamp;I''s largest transformation programme, leading a complex data migration from Legacy systems to new supplier platforms. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership and technical understanding of data migration processes. As a Data Migration Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to:. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data migration projects across multiple suppliers.. Develop migration strategy, project plans, and risk logs.. Coordinate vendors and internal teams; ensure smooth cutover and go-live.. Oversee UAT, data validation, and post-migration stabilization.. Ensure compliance with GDPR and regulatory standards. Essential:. Strong data migration project delivery and governance expertise across large-scale, multi-supplier programmes.. Proven ability to plan and manage complex releases, coordinate cross-functional teams, track dependencies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery within constrained budgets.. Experience leading large-scale, complex data migration projects (not just small migrations).. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills..
