Data Migration Manager

Data Migration Manager 12-month contract Initially 2 days a week onsite in Wiltshire - will move more remote £450-500/day overall assignment rate to umbrella Requirement is for someone to lead all data workstreams for a migration from legacy to Business Central. The Data Migration Manager will be responsible for owning the end-to-end migration and act as the single point of accountability for data readiness. Data Migration Manager, key responsibilities: Leading data workstreams Define end-to-end migration approach - mapping, transformation, data cleansing, validation Shaping datasets Establish data quality rules Translate technical requirements Oversight of cleansing of legacy data Facilitate cross-functional collaboration Plan and run all data migration activities Data Migration Manager, key skills: Proven experience delivering data migrations Strong understanding of data structures Hands-on experience defining and executing migration strategies Ability to interpret and define data mapping and transformation rules Capability to manage multiple migration cycles Experience applying data quality frameworks Strong communication skills Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
