Data Migration Lead

On behalf of the MOD we are looking for a Data Migration Lead (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract. Hybrid working based in Bristol, with occasional travel to London and Reading. The Data Migration Lead will provide leadership and direction for the planning, coordination and assurance of HR data migration activity across the programme. You will be responsible for shaping and driving the approach to data cleansing, data mapping, attribute validation, reconciliation and migration readiness, ensuring activity is aligned to programme milestones, business priorities and the future Oracle Fusion application landscape.
