Expert in SAP Successfactord  Defining what data exists in the legacy systems versus what will be held within SuccessFactors.  Data transformation and automation.  Template preparation and validation.  Data extraction and reconciliation.  Mock 2 execution and defect resolution.  Production Load planning and execution.  Data cleansing activities.  Identification of data that will not be migrated to SuccessFactors.  Archive and retention strategy for legacy data.  Legacy system decommissioning planning.  Post-load reconciliation and business sign-off.
