Registry and Data Manager - Brighton AreaTemporary Cover Immediate Start Until ChristmasAre you an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of data, MIS systems and the education sector? We are currently recruiting for a Registry and Data Manager to join a college in the Brighton area on a temporary basis, with the role required urgently and expected to run through until Christmas.This is a busy and varied position within the college''s data and information function, supporting the accurate and efficient management of student and course information. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with MIS systems, processing large volumes of data and managing changes across courses, timetables and tutor groups.The role would particularly suit someone with previous experience in college, school, further education or higher education administration, who understands the importance of accurate student records and has some knowledge of course changes and education funding requirements.Key responsibilities:Managing and maintaining accurate student and course dataProcessing a high volume of course, timetable and tutor group changesWorking confidently with MIS and other education data systemsSupporting changes to student and course recordsEnsuring data is accurate, up to date and compliant with relevant requirementsWorking with colleagues across the college to resolve data queriesSupporting the wider registry and admissions/data function as requiredAbout ..... full job details .....
