Data Manager

I am working with a growing business in Norwich to recruit a newly created Data Manager position. This is a high-impact role working closely with the senior leadership team, using data to provide clearer financial insight, improve visibility of business performance and support smarter commercial decision-making.You will take ownership of the data function while remaining hands-on with the technical delivery. You will ensure data is reliable, accessible and well governed, while developing the reporting, warehouse and pipeline capability needed to support continued growth.A key part of the role will involve analysing sales, prospect and audience data to identify opportunities, improve targeting and help refine the sales process. You will work closely with sales, campaign, finance and technology stakeholders, translating data into practical insight that can be acted upon.Preferred skills and experience:Strong SQL and data warehouse design experienceBuilding and maintaining ELT/ETL data pipelinesCloud data platforms, ideally GCP, BigQuery and DataflowExperience working with CRM, campaign, sales or audience dataData governance, access controls, GDPR and data quality processesFinancial and commercial reporting or data analysisStrong stakeholder communication skillsWhat you will get in return:Salary of £50,000 - £55,000Generous holiday allowanceHybrid working - 1 day from homeLearning and development opportunitiesPension schemeFree onsite parkingThis is an excellent opportunity for ..... full job details .....
