You''ll oversee data-related activities, implement governance policies, and manage a team of data professionals while serving as a data SME to the wider business.What your day-to-day will look like:Create and enforce policies and governance for effective data management across the UK Leasing businessEstablish frameworks ensuring robust processes for quality data collection, maintenance, and accessibilityMonitor and analyse information systems to evaluate performance and discover enhancement opportunitiesLead data-related projects such as cleansing, enrichment, and migration initiativesTroubleshoot data-related problems and authorise maintenance or modifications when neededWork closely with business users to understand challenges and develop strategic roadmaps to address requirementsManage and develop a team of data specialists to achieve organisational goals and data quality targetsRequired Qualifications:3+ years'' experience in a data governance or data management roleProven ability to manage a team of data specialists to achieve set goalsExcellent understanding of data administration functions (collection, analysis, distribution)Demonstrable experience implementing and enhancing data governance processesStrong communication skills with ability to engage effectively across all business levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience with data querying and visualisation tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)Preferred Qualifications:Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders to deliver successful change managementBackground in creating automated data quality and usage reportingUnderstanding of data architecture and database management principlesFamiliarity with modern database and information system technologiesExperience working in real estate or professional services industriesKnowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirementsDemonstrated success in large-scale data migration projectsWhat sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe.
