Data Lead £60,000 - £70,000 Stratford, London (2 days per week in the office) Are you passionate about using data to drive better business decisions and deliver commercial value? We are recruiting a Data Lead for a leading Housing Association, responsible for helping the organisation make smarter investment decisions through the effective use of data, insight, and analysis. This is a highly visible role that sits between business and technology, requiring someone who can translate complex information into meaningful recommendations for senior stakeholders. Rather than focusing on technical infrastructure, this role is about ensuring data is used effectively to understand performance, identify opportunities, assess investment priorities, and support long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Lead the organisation''s approach to data-driven decision making. Develop meaningful insight and reporting that supports business performance and investment planning. Use data, forecasting, and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive improvements in data quality and ensure information can be trusted to support key decisions. Produce business cases, option appraisals, and performance analysis to support investment programmes. Work closely with senior leaders to shape strategy using evidence-based recommendations.
