You''ll operate across data architecture, governance, operations and digital product teams to ensure laboratory data is understood, structured and analytics-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesLead data discovery across all laboratory systems, mapping sources, formats and storage locationsBuild a clear data inventory and integration view, assessing data quality, duplication and ingestion methodsDefine the current-state data architecture and specify required fields, attributes and validation rulesShape the data cleansing, migration and rationalisation approach for LIMS enablementTranslate digital product concepts into structured data requirements, datasets and analytical needsOwn the Data Workstream plan, milestones and deliverables, managing risks and issuesSkills NeededStrong background leading enterprise data initiatives or workstreamsDeep understanding of structured and ..... full job details .....
