Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme DeliveryLead delivery across multiple workstreams including platform, data ingestion, modelling, and reportingManage an outsourced delivery partner across scope, timelines, budget, and qualityTrack KPIs, milestones, and governance forums (e.g. SteerCo, Design Authority)Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependenciesData ArchitectureDefine, implement, and govern the target data architecture (platforms, data models, integrations)Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic objectivesReview and challenge vendor designs to ensure quality and scalabilityDrive best practices across: Data modellingData pipelinesStorage (lakehouse/warehouse)Metadata, lineage, and data qualityOperating ModelAlign with and enhance data governance frameworks, ownership, and stewardshipEstablish sustainable operating models and run-state processesSupport data lifecycle management and continuous improvementStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary interface between client leadership and delivery partnersEngage with business functions including Underwriting, Claims, and FinanceTranslate complex business requirements into effective data solutionsProvide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholdersVendor ManagementHold vendors accountable for delivery performance and outcomesAssess capability, resourcing, and collaboration effectivenessDrive continuous improvement in delivery and partnershipBusiness OutcomesDeliver measurable value including: Enhanced ..... full job details .....
