As Data Integration Lead, you will drive the data strategy for the Elevate 100 programme, ensuring data is used to inform service design, delivery and system-wide change. You will lead data sharing and integration across partners, including piloting cross-system working between the Council, NHS and DWP. Working closely with delivery teams and evaluators, you will generate insight, support performance reporting, and embed data-led improvement.
